Version: 0.5.2 (Beta) Size: 57KB Date: 2006-02-02 Compatibility: 0.5 - 1.6+ HomepageAn extension that allows the user to manipulate attachments in any message with attachments Once the extension is installed, and TB restarted, you will have the following : A new menu option 'Attachment Tools' is available under tools, inside that is: 'Delete All Attachments' this will delete all attachments in the selected message ( one message only ) Please Note : that menu option is only available when a message with attachments is selected. 'ZAP All Attachments' this will leave the message with NO TRACE of any attachments -- except text and rfc822 Please Note : that menu option is only available when a message with attachments is selected. 'Detach when Deleting or Zapping' this is a toggle, when it is checked, attachments you delete or zap will be saved to the folder you choose. Please Note : that menu option is only available when a message with attachments is selected. A new popup menu option 'Attachment Tools' is available if you right click the attachment pane, inside that is: 'Delete Attachment(s)' - allows the user to delete one or many attachments hold ctrl and select attachments in the attachment box then right click n choose 'Delete Attachment(s)' obviously one message at a time 'ZAP Attachment(s)' - allows the user to ZAP one or many attachments hold ctrl and select attachments in the attachment box then right click n choose 'ZAP Attachment(s)' obviously one message at a time 'Delete All Attachments' - which has the same functionality as the menu option 'ZAP all attachments' - this will leave the message with NO TRACE of any attachments -- except text and rfc822 right click attachment box n choose 'ZAP All Attachments' 'Detach when Deleting or Zapping' - which has the same function as the menu option this is a toggle, when it is checked, attachments you delete or zap will be saved to the folder you choose. 'Import Attached EML into this Folder' - this will make a message attachment as a real message. only works when the selected attachment (one) is a rfc822 attachment PLEASE NOTE: The Preview pane MUST be enabled for this extension to work This extension WILL function correctly on remote message stores ( like IMAP ) AND: the 'Import Attached EML...' function will work with IMAP in ALL cases above (except for creation of a new message), a copy of the original message is in the trash folder ( of the active account ) there are many prefs you can set. ( in the tools..options..extensions..AttachmentTools..settings ) I will not go into them here, send a comment if you have a query regarding the prefs. This is a BETA VERSION and should NOT be used in serious environments (you have been warned) Download
