IRCplus 2000 v2.5.1294 (Service Pack 4)
IRCplus is an Internet Relay-Chat Server for the Windows platform. The software will allow IRC clients such as mIRC, Pirch, MS Chat, WebTV Chat and others, connect to your computer.
Supported platforms are Microsoft Windows 95, 98, Me, NT4 (SP3 or above), 2K and XP
IRCplus 2000 is a complete re-write over previous versions. It provides better scalability, performance, compatibility and a rich experience.

IRC Operators:

+ System Operator (SysOp) - Same as below with HOST access to all channels
+ IRC Operator (IRCop) - Same as below and access to fnick, gag, kill, kline, move and shun
+ Help Operator (HelpOp) - Access to wallops, able to receive server messages and help messages from users
Note: Server Operators cannot be killed, server banned and kicked or demoted on channels unless a Server Operator with the same or higher level is performing this action.
