Overview:
O & O Bluecon XXL enables the rescue of dataand systems running under Microsoft Windows XP, 2000 and NT. The integration of un-erase functionality allows files to be restored without starting the operating system. The safe-erase functionality has been integrated to enable the secure and permanent deletion of files, folders, partitions and hard drives. A BlueCon Boot CD can be created in order to access all systems including those that will not boot.

Comment:
This version does seem to pack some powerful tools like SafeErase and Unerase. On the whole not a bad alternative to ERD caommander (without the GUI ofcourse). But unless you already own it, I don't think you need it for the CD. Since all of the funtions this can do can be replicated with different freeware tools that you can add to BartPE, it isn't really a necessary addition.
