1. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title and interests including, without limitation, copyrights, in and to IEradicator are exclusively owned and retained by the Author, Shane Brooks. All rights not expressly licensed to you are retained and reserved by the Author. Any and all purchases of copies of IEradicator are purchases only of LICENSES to use IEradicator and are not purchases of either copies of, or of the programs themselves. The programs are not sold but are only licensed to you for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this License and otherwise remain the property of the Author.

2. USAGE
Eradicator is free to download and for non-exclusive use by a SINGLE INDIVIDUAL for PERSONAL use only. If you wish to bundle IEradicator, or include IEradicator into your software distribution you need to contact the author for permission and licensing details.

3. DISTRIBUTION
The author grants you a right to distribute the IEradicator software without permission only so long as:

• the original distribution archive remains intact, with no files having been altered, added, or removed
• all costs for distribution are paid by you, the distributor, and IEradicator is delivered to the end user, or any intermediate receiver, FREE OF CHARGE

4. THIRD PARTY LICENSING
IEradicator is an installer and feature customiser for the Windows 9x operating system(s)produced and licensed by Microsoft Corporation. Use of IEradicator applied in any of its configurations may invalidate any guarantee and/or warranty provided in your Windows End User License Agreement(s). Use of IEradicator does not supersede nor does it provide you any remedy for any guarantee or warranty that may be invalidated by its use. All liabilities from use or misuse of IEradicator lie with you as the End User.

Windows 98 is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation and is used by Author in a non-trademark, descriptive sense only.

5. LIABILITY
THE AUTHOR AND HIS AGENTS AND/OR AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION WILL SATISFY YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE WITHOUT DEFECT OR ERROR OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. 6. CANCELLATION
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed software, or any subset of the licensed software, except as provided for in this license. Any such unauthorized use or transfer shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

7. MANNER OF AGREEMENT/ACCEPTANCE
Retention, use of and/or installing IEradicator signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license you should not download or use the software and you must erase or otherwise destroy all copies in your possession.
